With over 10 years of experience in managing education programs. I am passionate about enhancing the learning outcomes and opportunities for children and youth, especially those who are marginalized, vulnerable, or affected by crises. I have a strong background in developmental studies and teacher education. I'm highly organized and hard-working individual who is always willing to learn new things and to expand my learnings, knowledge and skills while making a significant contribution to the success of the organization. I have practical experience in providing technical and management support to education activities within donor agencies like USAID, implementation experience with International Organizations and Government in portfolio management of literacy projects, Girlʼs Education, Youth projects, Early Childhood Development (ECD), and Education in Emergency (EiE) projects. Much of my skills are tailored towards program design and management, grants and program management, resource mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, networking and collaboration and staff/people management. I have exceptional attributes like team leadership, industriousness, research, innovativeness, fast learner, and goal oriented.

  • · Designed and implemented a youth project aimed at supporting 20% of out-of-school youth with entrepreneurship projects nationwide, resulting in increased opportunities for economic empowerment.
  • Successfully contributed to the management of construction of 89 secondary schools, leading to a 10% increase in access to secondary education throughout the country.
