  • Develop the financial budget for the Nominees Business unit, specifically focusing on income generation and resource mobilization
  • Ensure financial performance meets or exceeds the budget by maintaining a minimum margin on closed deals
  • Monitor monthly performance against the budget, identify variances, and develop action plans to address shortfalls
  • Ensure collection and proper accounting of all fees in the management accounts
  • Oversee reconciliations between Nominees and Finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Identify additional sources of income for the business beyond commission income
  • Prepare quarterly reports on Nominees' business performance for review by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board
