  • Successfully defined and coordinated the commercial rollout of the TNM Pamtsetse Unlimited Data Bundles for TNM, which has transformed the Internet Provision landscape in Malawi since launch in January 2022, and it addresses a customer need of affordability of internet services, and it has also significantly increased the Data revenue for TNM.
  • Successfully defined and rolled out the thematic campaign “TNM ndi Mwala-Mwala” in 2021, which targets mass market customers addressing affordability of voice services through introduction of Yanga Voice Bundles which had a market adoption of 25% reaching 700,000 customers in 6 months, positioning TNM as the most affordable in Malawi.
  • Successfully defined and rolled out the TNM Tikolore Promotion in 2021, which aimed at creating excitement in the market and rewarding customers for using the TNM network.
  • Successfully defined and rolled out TNM Twitter Bundles, TikTok Bundles, Student bundles and Entertainment bundles which contributed 5% of the total Data Revenue in 2020.
  • Successfully defined and coordinated commercial rollout of TNM@Home in 2018, a product that provides internet to Households, which contributed 7% of the total Enterprise Revenue and attracted over 600 households (customers) in Malawi in 2018.
