  • Oversee IFAD Malawi Office's grants and partnerships initiatives within an overall project portfolio exceeding USD 450 million, managing stakeholder relationships and promoting IFAD's vision to external partners.
  • Spearheaded the launch of IFAD Malawi Country Office, overseeing office setup task team and internal procurement processes
  • Introduced a project delivery tracker, resulting in a successful and timely office launch in October 2023.
