- Responsibilities included developing and implementing strategic plans for information management, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and safety management systems, and coordinating with other Air Traffic Services units and external stakeholders including external Flight Information Regions bordering Malawi such as Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique and Zimbabwe to optimize services and respond to operational disruptions
