Assessing produce availability and cost in order to promote a viable strategy for small holder farmers/producers to integrate into existing market networks., Maintaining and strengthening the Chikolongo livelihood project’s relationship and trust with all stakeholders., Managing and Handling all related costs and Annual budgets formulation as well as infrastructure construction, Develop & Undertake other Activities that will contribute to the sustainability of the project, Liaise with sub-contractors as necessary and represent Imani in respect of the Project as required, Operate the project within the budget submitted to IFAW by Imani., Ensure the Farm keeps accurate and timely records of its activities, Provide monthly reports to the Imani Contract Manager or other Imani directors as required, To liaise with the Chiefs including Traditional Authority(TA) Senior Chiefs, communicating the progress of the project and seeking assistance with any significant issues, Developing training and supporting staff and volunteers.
