  • Overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of Mafumu hotel as well as providing strategic direction of the business to the Board as well as Staff. Responsible for the planning and supervision of the activities of staff to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.

  • Supervising work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives
  • Planning activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
  • Managing budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
  • Developing and implementing an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services
