Core responsibilities were monitoring Farm Input Subsidy Program (FISP) in Zomba and Kasungu by ensuring that Program reaches and benefits targeted group and verifying listed beneficiaries in order to ensure progress and achieve intended goals.
Hold meetings with 1,000 beneficiaries and suppliers of commodities in specific areas to record challenges affecting delivery of program deliverables.
Collect quantitative and qualitative data household questionnaires, checklists and focus group discussions.
Held 30 fucus group discussions with beneficiaries and local authorities to verify program beneficiaries and evaluate impact.
Providing weekly and monthly progress reports for action.

Worked closely with program manager to plan, design and assist in implementation of other project-related activities.
Supported farmer organizations in developing effective Business and marketing plans.
