Work collaboratively with MoH Pharmacy team, supporting internal weekly orders, monthly physical inventories, district wide Central Medical Stores’ order and Drug Therapeutic Committee meetings.

• Accompany and strengthen PIH-APZU-supported health facilities for essential commodities and ensure zero stock out days of medication and commodities with special focus on chronic care medications across integrated chronic care clinics.
• Help formulate district level pharmacy supply chain policies and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Provide standards and advice to medical team in Clinical Pharmacy, including clinical formulary management, prescribing and dispensing protocol, etc.
• Provide pharmacy support at MOH facilities
• Support District facilities of timely Open LMIS reporting including data timeliness, completeness and accuracy
