Frank holds a Master’s in Transformative Community Development from Mzuzu University, a BSc in Social Science, and a Law certificate from the Staff Development Institute. He is a skilled leader, writer, and trainer, widely recognized for advancing community-driven solutions.
Frank has authored several publications, including Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation: A Step-by-Step Companion for Project Management Professionals (2019), and his upcoming work, Effective Governance for NGOs (2025).
