  • The project had custom development for citizen registration management, customizable subsystem for Biometrics, document production and management sub-systems, hardware and software integration of individual subsystem to work as unified system; much more complex system at the time of implementation as Biometrics was not known to be part of the passport or national ID system
  • Prepare project initiation document: business case followed by feasibility study and document project scoping and budget document and present it to the government for approval
  • Prepare project management office (PMO) setup document for the project sponsor and established PMO following their approval
  • Lead the business process redesign with subject matter experts and analyzed stakeholder needs and prepare reports
  • Lead the design of secure and high availability multi-site network infrastructure and security polices and design and implement secure IP based communication infrastructure
  • Prepare contract document together with the project legal advisor and negotiate contracts for the supply and implementation of project components (sub systems)
