· Well versed in Sector Wide Approaches (SWAPs) in budgeting, Agile at Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) in terms of budget programming and development.

· Contributed to the Malawi Growth and Development Strategy coding and linkage to the chart of accounts in the Budget.

· Established a Monitoring and Evaluation Section as well as designed a Monitoring and Evaluation framework:
